Plasma Metal Art Designs

At Deep South Iron, we create beautiful metal art designs that can be cut using our industrial CNC Torchmate 4800 Plasma Cutter. All our art is 100% unique and guaranteed to work great in any environment you choose. We get inspired by clients’ thought processes and design imagination and deliver only the finest quality that goes above and beyond their expectations.

Design Process

We first see what the client has in mind. From a sketch or a thumbnail on a napkin, we then have our senior graphic designer recreate a more controlled and detailed illustration. We present the client-inspired updated version to our customer for approval. We then import the approved art into the plasma cutters design software that let us quickly draw precise shapes on screen. Automatic functions clean up drawings, connecting broken pieces together. The software lets us scale an image to any size. We can use entire images, pieces of images, or any combination – depending on your design needs.

Using a wide variety of fonts installed on our computer, we can add lettering to any artistic or geometric image. It’s easy to modify letters and join them into larger shapes. Letters can be cut as holes or as a solid part of the design, depending on your design. You can also cut letters individually.
